CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales made through sales.ackerspray.com, ackerspray.com, over the phone or via email are considered final. Cancellations are only allowed before items have been shipped.

If your order has not been shipped, we will provide you with a refund within 10 business days.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please, keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or financial institution to process and post your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
